South Gulf Cove is a waterfront community located in Port Charlotte, in Charlotte County.  More than 120  man-made canals in the community lead to the Charlotte Harbor and Gulf of Mexico. These canals are wide and provide great fishing or boating. Some properties in South Gulf Cove without bridges to the Harbor have sailboat access.
